Service 01

End-to-end deployment of NeuralScope collectors across your inference stack. We configure OpenTelemetry exporters, Prometheus scrape targets, log aggregation pipelines, and dashboard templates aligned to your existing SRE tooling.
Includes integration testing, documentation for your on-call team, and a two-week hypercare period after go-live. We work with Kubernetes, serverless, and bare-metal GPU environments.
Service 03
Ongoing managed service for drift detection and model health monitoring. Our team configures detectors, tunes alert thresholds, triages drift events, and produces monthly health reports for your ML platform leadership.
Includes quarterly detector recalibration as your data distributions evolve. Escalation paths integrate with your existing incident management workflows.

Critical drift alerts acknowledged within 15 minutes during business hours (Eastern Time).
Service 04
Comprehensive review of your model governance posture: audit log completeness, access control policies, data lineage documentation, and PIPEDA compliance alignment. We deliver a gap analysis with remediation priorities.
Designed for organisations in regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, and public sector — where AI accountability is subject to internal and external scrutiny.

Service 05
A focused four-to-six-week engagement covering one model family end to end: scope review, collector deployment, dashboard build, drift detector configuration, and on-call runbook creation. The pilot produces a reference implementation your team can replicate across the estate.
Includes weekly check-ins with your platform lead and a final handover session with recorded walkthroughs.

We provide a written proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed pricing before any work begins. NeuralScope does not charge hourly for open-ended consulting — we believe in defined deliverables and transparent costs.
Services are delivered from our Toronto studio or remotely via secure collaboration tools. For on-site work within the Greater Toronto Area, travel is included. National and international on-site engagements are quoted separately.
